Why is a UETS address needed?
When you apply for a renewal of a residency permit you must additionally provide a UETS address (Ulusal Elektronik Tebligat Sistemi).
In essence it is a mailbox stored on the PTT state postal service website.
Notifications and requirements, including refusals and cancellations, will be sent to this address.
