e-Devlet (e-Government) is Turkey’s official digital platform that provides citizens access to a wide range of government services online. To use these services, you need to have an e-Devlet account.

Understanding what an e-Devlet Account is
An e-Devlet account allows Turkish citizens and residents to securely access government services such as social security information, tax records, legal documents, and more. The platform is accessible via the e-Devlet website or mobile app.

Eligibility
Turkish citizens with a valid Turkish Identification Number (T.C. Kimlik No).
Foreign nationals with a valid Turkish residence permit and Turkish Identification Number.

Methods to Obtain an e-Devlet Account

Using Mobile Signature (Mobil İmza)
Mobile Signature is a secure digital signature service provided by mobile operators.
If you have a mobile signature subscription, you can register and log in directly using your mobile phone.
This method requires prior activation of the mobile signature service with your mobile operator.

Using Internet Banking (İnternet Bankacılığı)

Obtaining an e-Devlet Password

Visit a PTT Branch
